Refunds

The full amount you were charged, including VAT, returned to the card or account you paid with. We do not deduct VAT, payment processing fees, or any handling charge, and using Buckrr before you withdraw costs you nothing.

We issue the refund when you ask for it, and in any case within 14 days of receiving your request. It usually appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days; exactly when is set by your bank or card issuer, not by us.

Any clear statement of your decision works. The quickest is the "Withdraw from contract here" function: sign in at https://app.buckrr.com/account/refund, check the details and choose "Confirm withdrawal". The same link is in the footer of every page.

It is enough to send your statement before the 30 days end. We email you a confirmation with what you sent and the date and time we received it.

A refunded licence is revoked. It is no longer valid, and Buckrr cannot be activated again with it. The computers you had activated are released.

The upgrade is a contract of its own, with its own 30 days counted from the day you paid for the upgrade.

If you withdraw from the upgrade, we refund the upgrade payment and your licence goes back to Yearly until the end of the Yearly period you had already paid for. It does not renew automatically. Computers beyond the Yearly limit of 3 are released, the most recently activated first. If that Yearly period has already ended, the licence ends.

If your Yearly purchase is also still within its 30 days, you can choose instead to withdraw from both. We then refund both payments and the licence ends.

Each automatic Yearly renewal payment can be refunded within 30 days of that payment, on the same terms.

To stop future renewals, use "Cancel contracts here" in the footer of any page, or turn off auto-renewal from your account. Your licence keeps working until the end of the term you have already paid for, and we confirm the cancellation by email straight away.

If something is actually broken, that is a different matter. Your statutory rights over faulty digital content are not limited by the guarantee above. Email us.
